Sue was born in Bedfordshire and is an Executive Assistant for Catalyst Housing Group. Sue has over twenty five years previous experience in HR, Performance and Development for two large multi-national employers. Sue is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Sue has a keen interest in swimming as her children are members of a local Swimming Club. Her son is a qualified lifeguard and swim teacher jobs that have evolved from learning to swim competently. Sue is a British Swimming qualified timekeeper and official. To keep fit Sue has a rescue whippet who she enjoys taking for walks.
