The aims of the County LCV Academies is to identify, support and develop our Young Sports Leaders, Coaches and Volunteers of the future by offering a programme of training, personal development and mentoring support delivered by experienced coaches.

In addition the Academies aim to provides a pathway from school/ college leadership and volunteering programmes in to coaching and possibly a career in sport by bridging the gap between school and community systems.

Each School Games Area with the Bedfordshire and Luton operates its own Academy (see pages below for details in your area) which feeds into the County Programme.
