#WalkYourWay
Our #LutonLetsGetActive campaign aims to encourage residents and the local community to get active and moving, signposting to opportunities which are available across Luton allowing residents to find an activity that suits them or try something new as well as promoting the benefits of being active and reducing your time spent sedentary (sitting).
The campaign includes monthly challenges to encourage residents to be active and also share their stories, photos and videos of them supporting the campaign to help encourage other residents to get involved.
Share your stories
October's monthly challenge asks residents to #WalkYourWay this October, completing at least 20 minutes a day, sharing your stories, photos or videos of how you have supported October's monthly challenge. All photos or videos should have the relevant consent before being sent to Luton Council and should be sent directly to HealthyLuton@luton.gov.uk.
